Nse Ekpo-Ufot is a Self-Discovery Coach, Certified International Etiquette Consultant, and leadership trainer with a passion for personal transformation and women’s empowerment. She received her professional etiquette and protocol training at the prestigious Minding Manners International Etiquette & Protocol Academy, London, and is a distinguished member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, where she serves as a trained coach and advocate for values-based leadership.

She holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from the University of Calabar, is an alumna of Lagos Business School, where she earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management, and of the International School of Communication (ISOC), Dubai, UAE, where she refined her expertise in communication, leadership, and professional development.

With a refined commitment to excellence, Nse has facilitated etiquette, leadership, and personal development workshops for women, teenagers, and children across Nigeria, Ghana, the United Kingdom, and Qatar. She also leads structured youth etiquette and character development programmes for preteens and teenagers, equipping them early with confidence, discipline, social intelligence, and refined values.

Nse serves as a consultant to individuals, professionals, and organizations seeking to elevate professionalism, executive presence, interpersonal skills, and social intelligence. Her work focuses on cultivating emotional intelligence, confidence, and elegance as a lifestyle of purpose and influence.

She is the Visionary Founder of The High-Value Woman Academy, officially launched on July 1st, 2025, and the Convener of The High-Value Woman Conference International, a transformational movement established in 2018. She is also the host of The High-Value Woman Podcast, where she explores healing, self-mastery, refinement, and authentic becoming.
